Ordering from PB WEAR is simple:

  1. Browse your favorite fashion items or gadgets

  2. Select your size, color, or model

  3. Add to Cart and proceed to checkout

  4. Enter your shipping details and make a secure payment

  5. Receive an order confirmation via email

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Areas: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for most products.

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed clothing

  • Items in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Electronics/gadgets only if defective on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours)

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or washed products

  • Innerwear, swimwear, or personalized items

  • Electronics not reported as defective within the 48-hour window

🔄 Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges are available for size or color (if in stock)

  • All exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns

  • To request an exchange, email pbwearz@gmail.com with your Order ID and exchange details

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval and item inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable
