Thank you for shopping with PB WEAR. We’re committed to your satisfaction, and if you're not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, used, or damaged clothing

  • Innerwear, swimwear, or socks

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Electronics and gadgets (unless defective on arrival)


3. Electronics & Gadgets

If your electronic item is defective on arrival, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

We will:

  • Assess the issue

  • Offer a replacement or refund based on the case

  • Require that items be returned in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals


4. Exchange Policy

We offer size or color exchanges on eligible clothing items, subject to stock availability.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • The return address will be shared via email once your request is approved
